Laser Quest
SPM provided PM services to Leisure Entertainment Group for the construction of thirty-four (34) Laser Quest locations located in twenty-four (24) different States throughout the United States. SPM also provided Construction Management services to one (1) location in Gwinnet, Georgia. All projects consisted of a main public areas with a laser tag arena in the rear sections of the facilities. Projects ranged from 9,000 ft2 to 12,000 ft2 in size.
Dave and Busters
SPM provided PM Services to WD Partners for the construction of five (5) Dave and Buster Entertainment Centers located in Oakville (Ontario), Toledo (Ohio), Overland Park (Kansas), Madison (Wisconsin) and Anchorage (Alaska). Locations varied in size from 32,000 ft2 to 47,000 ft2. Services rendered included review of design, tendering to and negotiations with local GC’s, direct dealings with the Owner and Landlord and successful management of the construction phase to turnover to the Operations Staff.
Joey Restaurant (Shipyards, North Vancouver, BC)
SPM provided PM Services to Karlson Builders Ltd. who were the successful GC for the construction of the Joey Shipyards project in North Vancouver, BC. Services provided included all interactions with the Owner, Architect and Consultants as well as Construction Management of all trade construction until turnover to Operations and a successful opening of the restaurant. The interior project was approximately 9,500 ft2 in size with an additional 2,450 ft2 of heated outdoor patio space.
Joey Restaurant (Bell Tower, Edmonton, AB)
SPM provided PM Services to Bonn Construction Ltd. who were the successful GC for the construction of the Joey Bell Tower project in Downtown Edmonton, AB. Services provided included review of design, tendering to local Contractors, all interactions with the Owner, Architect and Consultants as well as management of all construction to turnover to Operations. The project was approximately 9,400 ft2 in size.
The Alley YMM (Fort McMurray, AB)
SPM worked with the Owner on the construction of this Bowling Entertainment Centre including a small restaurant, bar and arcade in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Services provided included review of design, tendering to local Contractors and management of the construction of the project until a successful completion. This project was approximately 16,000 ft2 in size.
Cora Breakfast and Lunch
SPM worked with Cooper-Gordon Limited on the construction of twenty-two (22) Cora Breakfast and Lunch restaurants located throughout Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan. Services provided included review of design, development of budgets, tendering to local Contractors, all interactions with the Owner and management of construction to turnover to Operations Staff. Projects ranged from 2,200 ft2 to 4,100 ft2 in size.
Sarku Japan
SPM worked with Sarku Japan and completed the Construction Management for the construction of three (3) restaurants located in Arizona (2) and Texas (1). Services provided included all dealings with the Owner and Franchisees as well as acting as the General Contractor and completion of all phases of the construction.
Famous Cajun Grill
SPM completed the Construction Management for the Owner for the construction of seven (7) Famous Cajun Grill restaurants located in seven (7) different States. Services provided included all dealings with the Owner and Franchisees as well as acting as the General Contractor and completion of all phases of the construction.
Famous Wok
SPM completed the Construction Management for the Owner for construction of fifteen (15) Famous Wok restaurants located in twelve (12) different States. Services provided included all dealings with the Owner and Franchisees as well as acting as the General Contractor and completion of all phases of the construction.
Yummy Japan
SPM worked with Yummy Japan and provided Construction Management services for the construction of five (5) restaurants located in Michigan (2), Pennsylvania (2) and Louisiana (1). Services provided included all dealings with the Owner and Franchisees as well as acting as the General Contractor and completion of all phases of the construction.
Harvey’s
SPM provided PM services to Cara Food Group for the completion of construction of a Harvey’s Restaurant in St. Nicholas, QC (near Quebec City). Services provided included review of design and management of construction to turnover to Operations Staff.
Swiss Chalet
SPM provided PM Services to The Cara Food Group for the construction of four (4) Swiss Chalet restaurant locations in Alberta (AB). Services rendered included review of design, tendering to local GC’s and management of construction to turnover to Operations. Projects averaged 6,400 ft2 in size.
Wendy’s
SPM provided PM Services to WD Partners for the Construction Management of the Wendy’s restaurant renovations for their location in Ancaster, ON. Services provided included review of design, tendering to local Contractors, all interactions with the Owner, Architect and Consultants as well as management of all construction to turnover to Operations. The project was approximately 3,400 ft2 in size.
Ranch 1
SPM worked with the Owner and completed the Construction Management for the construction of the Ranch 1 restaurant located in The Seattle Premium Outlets located in Tulalip, Washington (WA). Services provided included all dealings with the Owner and Franchisees as well as acting as the General Contractor and completion of all phases of the construction.
Petsmart
SPM successfully completed PM Services to Creit Property Group for the Landlord Shell and Tenant Interior renovations required for the completion of the Petsmart store in Georgetown, ON. Services provided included review of design and management of construction until turnover to Petsmart Staff.
Lululemon
SPM worked with Cooper-Gordon Limited on the construction of the Lululemon store located on Spring Garden Road in Downtown Halifax. NS. Services provided included review of design, tendering to local Contractors, all interactions with the Owner and management of construction to turnover to Operations Staff.
Grand Harbour Condominiums
SPM worked for Rylar Ltd. on the construction of their three (3) tower, 48 townhouse structure along Lakeshore Blvd. in Etobicoke, ON. Services provided included review of design, tendering to local Contractors, all interactions with the Owners, Municipalities and management of the $164 Million budget. SPM worked on the project for 3 years until its successful completion.
